Account Management

How to Login

Account Number Format

Your account number is 4-6 alphanumeric characters. Enter each character in the individual boxes on the login form.

Standard Login

  1. Click "Login" in the top navigation
  2. Enter your account number in the individual character boxes
  3. System checks for passkey availability
  4. Enter password or use passkey authentication

Passkey Login (Recommended)

  • System automatically detects passkey availability
  • Click "Use Passkey" when prompted
  • Use your device's authentication (Touch ID, Face ID, Windows Hello)
  • Instant secure access without typing passwords

Remember Account Details

Save time on future logins by allowing the browser to remember your account details securely.

Enable Account Memory

  1. Check "Remember account" box during login
  2. Your account number will be saved securely in browser
  3. Next visit will pre-fill your account details
  4. You'll only need to authenticate (password or passkey)

Passkey Setup & Benefits

Passkeys provide the most secure and convenient way to access your account using your device's built-in authentication.

Setting Up Passkeys

  1. Login to your account using your current credentials
  2. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Security
  3. Click "Setup Passkey" button
  4. Follow your device's authentication prompts
  5. Confirm passkey creation and test login

Order Management

How to Return Products

Our streamlined online returns process makes it easy to return products directly through your account dashboard.

Return Process

  1. Go to Dashboard → Orders to view your order history
  2. Find the order containing the product you want to return
  3. Click "Request Return" next to the specific product
  4. Select the return reason from the dropdown menu
  5. Add optional comments about the return
  6. Submit the return request for approval

Return Policy Details

Return Window
  • Standard items: 30 days from delivery
  • Special orders: 14 days from delivery
  • Defective items: 90 days from delivery

Using Favourites

Build and manage your personal favorites list for quick access to frequently ordered products and future purchases.

Adding to Favorites

  1. Browse products or use search to find items
  2. Click the heart icon on any product card
  3. Product is instantly saved to your favorites list
  4. Access saved items via Dashboard → Favorites

Quick Re-orders

Easily reorder products from your purchase history or favorites. Perfect for regular inventory restocking and repeat purchases.

From Order History

  1. Go to Dashboard → Orders to view your order history
  2. Find the order containing products you want to reorder
  3. Click on the order to view detailed order information
  4. Use the reorder functionality to add items back to your cart
  5. Adjust quantities as needed before proceeding to checkout

Re-order Dashboard Feature

  1. Navigate to Dashboard → Re-order from the main navigation
  2. View a consolidated list of products from your recent orders
  3. See how long ago each item was last ordered
  4. Select multiple items to add to cart simultaneously
  5. Review current pricing and availability before adding to cart

From Favorites

Your favorites list acts as a permanent reorder list for products you use regularly:

  • Access Dashboard → Favorites to view saved products
  • Add any favorite product directly to cart with one click
  • Perfect for consumables and regularly needed items
  • Combine favorites with recent orders for comprehensive reordering
